Dick Tayler was the auctioneer. Along with Pete Smith, a tidy sum of money was raised for the Cantabrian Youth Coaching Programme.
Pete Smith with a piece of seating from a 'Lancaster Park' seat, which had been autographed by the 1959 Canterbury players and All Blacks who had beaten the Lions.
