Cantabrian Membership Criteria
Membership of the Cantabrians is by invitation only. There are three Membership categories:
| 40 Game Member: | A candidate must have played not fewer than 40 first class games whilst under the jurisdiction of the Canterbury Rugby Football Union |
| Ordinary Member: | A candidate must have given long and distinguished service in rugby administration, refereeing, playing, coaching, selection or any combination of the foregoing. |
| Life Members: | Any Member, whether 40 Game or Ordinary, may for special services, be elected a Life member of the Club. |
